How much is postage?
Postage within the UK is £5 and all orders are sent using a Tracked & Signed For delivery service.
Postage outside the UK is £16 and all orders are sent using a Tracked & Signed For delivery service.
Do you ship internationally?
Yessir! If you're outside the UK and wish to place an order, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for all the deets.
Will my international order be subject to custom and duties?
We can't guarantee that your order won't be subject to custom or import duties once it reaches its destination. We're not responsible for these charges so please check the relevant websites beforehand to see whether your order will be liable for duties.
When can I expect to receive my order?
As seasoned online shoppers, we understand the need to get your goods ASAP.
Custom orders take up to 6 weeks to make. We'll keep you updated with your orders progress and let you know as soon as it's been shipped!
All other items will be shipped within 2 working days of your order being placed.
For UK customers, please allow 5-7 working days from the date of notification that your order has been shipped.
For international customers, please allow 10-12 days from the date of notification that you order has been shipped.
Do you accept returns?
We don't accept returns on custom orders because these items are made-to-measure. However, if you have any issues with your custom order, please email email@example.com.

We hope that you fall head over dad sneakers for your Ploom goodies but in the event that you want to return an item, here's what to do:
- Please email us (firstname.lastname@example.org) within 5 working days of receiving your order and we'll send you a returns address
- Return your item(s) within 3 days of receiving the address; please note that the buyer is responsible for the return reaching us safely, so we suggest using a Tracked delivery service
- Package the item(s) as you received them! Your item(s) should be in original condition with no sign of wear, washing or damage
- We'll let you know as soon as we've received your return and your refund will be processed within 5 working days minus the original postage cost
- We have the right to refuse a refund if any of the above criteria aren't met
